Once the order has been processed, we aim to ship an order out within 2 days. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99, unless a customer spends over $300 in one order (at that point our shipping is free). Customers will then receive a shipping number to track their order.
We are happy to accept your item(s) returned to us minus shipping costs if your item is returned to us unwashed, unworn and within 14 days from when our tracking shows it was delivered. If it is postmarked after 14 days we will issue you store credit.
There is a five dollar fee for all exchanges to cover the return shipping costs. If you wish to do an exchange you can either send cash, check, or call us with your credit card number and we will be more than happy to send you the correct size. As per Coco & Main's policy, unless the item was the incorrect item sent or damaged, the customer pays for the return shipping cost.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Brief reason for return (i.e. doesn’t fit, wasn’t what I expected, etc)
- Which item you're returning (style, size, color)
- If you are wanting to exchange please include the size/color

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase.
